Our 6-Point Window Cleaning Process

  • All screens are removed and washed with water outside the home and left to dry outside.
  • Once dry, all screens are replaced at the end of the cleaning
  • Exterior windows cleaned and window frame washed by water-fed pole (if applicable)
  • Interior windows cleaned with traditional squeegee method
  • Basic track wipe through to remove large chunks of dirt, debris, & dead bugs
  • Interior sills window frames are wiped down

What To Expect when Working With us.

Before we can offer any pricing details or availability, we must first gather contact details such as your first and last name, phone number, email address (to send you our quote and any appointment details ), address of the property to be cleaned, how many stories is the building, what is the square footage of the building, how you heard about us, and 3-5 questions about the condition of the project to be cleaned. After this, we can provide pricing, your cleaning options, and when we can perform the work (generally 3-10 days out). We can then email and/or text you the quote and you can schedule when you're ready.

If you have any questions about the quote, the project, or anything else, you can call us at any time.

Once an appointment has been scheduled. you will receive a confirmation email and/or text and reminder emails leading up to the date of the project. You will be reminded to have your windows and doors shut and locked during the service and also to have water available on-site by turning all water spigots on the outside of the home on.

Payment is due at the end of service. If you do not pay within 30-days of being invoiced, you will be charged a 5% late fee on the amount due. You can pay by check, cash or credit card. You will be invoiced with a credit card payment link to pay via Square. With Square, all transactions are secure and your information is kept confidential and never stored. You may alternatively leave a check for the technician or mail the check if you are unavailable during the cleaning.

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. After the cleaning, we invite you to evaluate our work. Sometimes things appear after the water has dried and a touch-up may (though seldom) be needed. Let us know if there is anything more we can do for you to make you 100% satisfied.

Within a week of the service, you will be asked to review and rate your experience with our company. If possible, we encourage you to leave feedback on one of our profiles on popular review sites such as Google, Yelp, or Facebook. Reviews are a great way to support small businesses.

We try not to SPAM or send unnecessary emails or texts, so feel free to opt out at any time. But to help maintain your home's beauty and functionality of windows, we send reminder emails every 4, 6, or 12 months to check in and see if you're ready to schedule a repeat service.
